  • YOUTH LEADERS: Please DO NOT put your own email address and cell phone for students. This will prevent students/parents from receiving necessary information.

  • IMPORTANT: If a student wants to participate in an event that they did not participate in at District BLAST, contact yopaul@gmail.com before registering them. (We only have five spots for each event. This does not apply to events that are open at Field BLAST.)

  • COSTS & PAYMENT: Fees should be paid to the district as one payment from the church. Fees are broken down into three categories:

    • Registration: Student - $70, Adult - $35

    • Two Nights On-Campus Housing: Student - $30, Adult -$25

    • Cafeteria Meal Package: Student and Adult - $35  (This includes Thursday dinner, all three meals Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. A pizza lunch is usually available on Thursday for a few dollars.)

  • MEDICAL/RELEASE FORMS are required for every student and adult. The completed medical forms should be scanned into a PDF packet and emailed to yopaul@gmail.com by May 5.  This will enable us to organize them and provide them to the university, since MVNU requires that the forms be present for students and adults to be on campus.  For students, these forms must be signed by the parent/guardian. How to Register

A SIMPLIFIED CHECKLIST

□ Carefully read all the info on this page.

□ Gather information for ALL students & for any adults staying on campus.

□ Use the gathered information to register students and adults online NO LATER THAN April 24.

□ Provide blank medical forms to every student and adult attending.

□ Gather completed medical forms, scan them, and email them as a combined document to yopaul@gmail.com by May 5.

□ Send a church check to Paul for full payment for students and adults by May 5.

□ Prepare yourself and your students for an awesome time at BLAST!
