• ALL ADULTS AND STUDENTS who are attending the event must be registered. Here's the information you'll need to gather before registering:

FOR STUDENTS:

  • YOUTH LEADERS: Please do not put your own email address and cell phone for students.

  • IMPORTANT: If a student wants to participate in an event that they did not participate in at District BLAST, contact yopaul@gmail.com before registering them. (We only have five spots for each event. This does not apply to events that are open at Field BLAST.)

  • COSTS: Fees should be paid to the district as one payment from the church. Fees are broken down into three categories:

    • Registration: Student - $60, Adult - $30

    • Two Nights On-Campus Housing: Student - $25, Adult -$15

    • Cafeteria Meal Package: Student and Adult - $35  (This includes Thursday dinner, all three meals Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. A pizza lunch is usually available on Thursday for a few dollars.)

  • MEDICAL/RELEASE FORMS are required for every student and adult. If possible, the completed forms should be scanned (preferably as PDFs) and emailed to yopaul@gmail.com by the deadline. If this is absolutely not possible, the completed forms can be turned in at BLAST check-in. MVNU requires that the forms be present for students and adults to be on campus.  Student forms must be signed by the parent/guardian.
